Rep. Jim Moran is putting a bill through Congress where any ad mentioning erectile dysfunction (ED) would be banned from the airwaves between certain times.
Frankly, banning them outright is not a good idea, because ED is a serious medical condition, and can actually be an indicator of other health issues. Maybe if they toned down the ads a little bit it might be more palatable for the family hour, or even make an exception for these ads on the side effects that is required for the ads to run by saying "Ask your doctor about potential side effects."
