The state legislature should be focused on the budget and getting jobs into New Hampshire. Instead, New Hampshire Democratic Party Rep. Ray Buckley has the Dems in the state focused way too much on gay marriage.
And it looks like Buckley is willing to try to get his way by breaking the rules. He isn't thinking that he isn't doing his cause any good by not looking at compromises. And he's not looking at the fact that it should be a big hint that everywhere that gay marriage has been voted on, it's been turned down. Where it is currently legal, the people weren't able to vote on the measure.
Or maybe he does know this, and it's the reason why he doesn't want a vote.
Regardless, the senate is potentially being hypocrites in order to push this through. Like I said before, Buckley has a horse in this race because he himself is gay. I say, until all the other problems that are currently going on in NH are fixed, he should retire the horse until the leg is ready to heal.
