I have another busy day of observations that I have to do today, so again I won't be posting as much. So, as a treat, I'm going to let you into my normal day of link searching, I'm going to post my normal routine of web surfing. And this is in the order that I do it.
1) Yahoo! Mail -- check my e-mail. Lately, the ol' inbox has been full with e-mails from brothers and sisters of my fraternity as well as mystery shopper offers that I solicited.
2) I'll open another tab on the ol' browser and put up this site so that it's handy in case I find any interesting links.
3) Open up another tab and go to Fark to check what occurred overnight.
4) Fox News
5) Dear Abby -- her daughter is writing the column now, but is still sage advice.
6) GoComics -- where I check out For Better of For Worse and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (shut up).
7) Occasionally I go to the Hollywood Stock Exchange where I check on how my movie stocks and bonds are doing. I haven't gone lately only because I'm too scared to.
8) Snopes -- To see if there are any new legends up to check out. I remember during the transition from the Clinton White House to the Bush White House, the status of whether a portion of the building was damaged by staffers went from True to False to "Uhhh, maybe?" within a couple of days.
9) Michelle Malkin -- Check to see what she might have put up overnight.
10) Hot Air -- Same thing.
11) Newsbusters -- Since I used to be in media, this is a special site for me.
12) Moronosphere blogs -- I got into the habit of checking random moronbloggers to see if any of them have anything of interest out there for today. I usually go to doubleplusundead first, then just randomly choose sites, either to ones that I've never been before or see if someone else has posted anything new.
13) Local papers and news sites -- In this order: Citizen of Laconia (who I used to work for), Manchester Union Leader, Concord Monitor, WMUR
14) Premiere and Entertainment Weekly -- just to find fun entertainment bits
Sites like Town Hall and CNN I usually don't explore until later in the day.
